1)What P.O.V. was The Tall-Tale Heart originally in?

I believe The Tall-Tale Heart is in First person because it mostly describes the "crazy man's" plans but because of his specific word choice he makes it sound like he's retelling something he had already experienced.

2)Did you have to change anything else besides the pronouns?

I don't believe so

3)How does the change of P.O.V. also change the story?

When the "crazy man' reveals his plans the story shifts to more of directions he's giving more of a second person vibe and it also changes the view of the story.
